The ISO 29148 obligation kit
The kit is generated from the same reviewed record as the clause pages: 60 records, 240 evidence items, 180 common gaps, the revision status and a dated plan. It is delivered here after the one-off payment, under a single organization licence. A kit buyer also gets the regenerated files when the third edition is published, at no extra charge.

The downloads require a paid kit, or an active watch, on the account. The watch is the alert service; it does not include the kit. If you have just paid, the account is created from the email Stripe collected; the claim step signs you in. If a download returns "kit required", write to support@theartofservice.com from the payment email.
Budget the work, not just the file
Budget the requirements review time, the tooling changes and the training for the people who will update the specification set. The plan in the kit gives each milestone an owner and a record; put the cost against it before the budget cycle closes.
What you may do with it
One organization may use the kit internally and with the consultants working for it. You may copy rows into your own requirements documents. You may not resell it, publish it as your own product, or use it to certify anyone. The requirements are our words; the standard text remains ISO's, and the DIS text is not included.
