Annex A content, and the Annex B and C guidance
Annex A sets the required content of the operational concept document and is part of a full conformance claim. Annex B explains the concept of operations and is informative. Annex C is the normative tailoring process for information items. Each page says which kind it is, so a reader never mistakes guidance for a requirement.

The rules this is built from
Every line names its source. The 60 records are written from the published ISO/IEC/IEEE 29148:2018, in our words, with the clause cited. The revision layer is read from the public ISO stage record and its scope abstract. Where the public record is silent, the page says so.
Clause by clause, and the information items
Each page states the requirement in our words, the evidence an assessor asks for, the common gaps and what to do before the edition changes.
