ISO 29148 revision timeline: confirmed, derived, estimated
A plan needs dates, and a date needs a status. This page labels every date as confirmed by ISO, derived from the record, or an estimate made by this site. Nothing on it is presented as a deadline.

What to do at each stage
- Now, during the ballot: fix the current gaps and make the information item set complete. Do not redesign around a draft.
- At 40.60: check the ISO page for the result. A positive ballot moves the draft toward FDIS; a referred back draft can change.
- At 50.00 and 50.60: the technical content is close to final. Start the reference update list and the training plan.
- At 60.60: read the published edition, confirm the clauses that changed, and activate the reference update through controlled change.
- After publication: update the contract and procedure citations, brief the team, and re-baseline the requirement set.
The rules this is built from
Every line names its source. The 60 records are written from the published ISO/IEC/IEEE 29148:2018, in our words, with the clause cited. The revision layer is read from the public ISO stage record and its scope abstract. Where the public record is silent, the page says so.
Clause by clause, and the information items
Each page states the requirement in our words, the evidence an assessor asks for, the common gaps and what to do before the edition changes.
